Welcome to the Arizona IAHSP Regional Chapter®
(AZRIC®)
The Arizona IAHSP Regional Chapter (AZIRC) was founded to provide a professional business association for ASP Home Stagers throughout the Phoenix valley including all the surrounding cities of Maricopa County. Our goal is to foster growth, create relationships and network among peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts we are committed to elevating the professionalism of ASP Home Staging throughout the Phoenix valley and work to continually expand our quality of services. Members must be an ASP®, ASP Master®, or ASP Real Estate Agent®. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct. We meet once a month for business networking where we discuss ways in which we can expand ourselves as business owners, expand ASP Home Staging as a necessary tool in this region, grow & improve our businesses and create a strong foundation of friendships that enable & empower each other. Currently are meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Grace Chapel at 8524 E Thomas Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. Fees for annual membership are $25.00 and are used to market ASP Home Staging and our ASP Designation throughout our region as well as assist us in our annual Worldwide Staging Day when we give back to the community as a way to spread generosity.
Members must also join the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) ($150.00 annually) and remain in current standing as both an ASP and IAHSP Member as long as they are members of the local IAHSP Chapter. We welcome any ASP to visit our chapter meetings twice at no cost. At which point you will be invited to join.
We also welcome Affiliate Business Members - companies, vendors or service providers who support our Staging efforts in the Phoenix Valley area. Affiliate Business Membership will include annual fees of $50.00, which allows these business owners to market directly to our Stager membership as well as host our meetings as scheduled.
