About the Phoenix Valley IAHSP Regional Chapter Our Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) experts are primed and ready to help prepare YOUR home for sale! As the largest local Home Staging presence in Phoenix, the members of our IAHSP Chapter have joined together to provide the absolute BEST Home Staging services to Real Estate Agents, Homeowners, and Industry Professionals.
You will find that our training and accreditation is what differentiates us from other non-accredited Home Stagers®.
We were all specifically trained to Stage® homes through a set of proven techniques developed over 30 years ago by the founder of the Home Staging phenomenon – Barb Schwarz. A Bellevue/Seattle native, Barb continues to educate us, year after year, as a way to nurture relationships and develop communities that support and empower business owners and entrepreneurs. We encourage you to come directly to the source in order for us to help facilitate your Home Staging needs.
Our Chapter continues to build and grow as more ASP Home Stagers and ASP Real Estate Agents join our ranks.
We provide education and resources to our members, and partner with local businesses and service providers to provide Home Staging at the highest professional level.
We hold our meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at the Grace Chapel at 8524 E Thomas Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. From 10am to 11:30am.
